On Sunday, September 8, 2024, I will participate in the Amsterdam City Swim to raise as much money as possible for ALS, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. ALS is the most common form of MND, Motor Neurone Disease, which is a rare condition that progressively damages parts of the nervous system. This leads to muscle weakness, often with visible wasting. There is no cure for it and lots of money is needed for research, so dig deep!
